Alain Corvez, a colonel in the French army, a former adviser to the French Ministry of Defense and the Ministry of the Interior, adviser to the commander of the UN armed forces in Lebanon, and a strategic analyst, said that it was the United States that was responsible for unleashing the Ukrainian conflict.
